Buddyup!サービスにおける個人情報の取扱いについて

• Buddyup!に登録された個人情報は、Buddyup株式会社が以下の目的で利用させていただきます。
  • 当サービスの提供及び運営に必要な連絡等のため
  • 会員間のマッチングサービス提供のため
• 当社が取得する個人情報には、以下の種類が含まれます。
  • 会員の名前、連絡先（メールアドレス）、顔写真、その他投稿されたプロフィール情報
• 会員の個人情報は、Buddyup株式会社の個人情報保護ポリシーに基づき、適切に管理します。
• 個人情報の登録は任意ですが、登録に同意いただけない場合には、Buddyup!の会員登録を含む全ての機能をご利用いただけません。
• 個人情報の開示・訂正・追加・削除および利用停止をご希望される場合はサービス内の該当メニューを利用いただくか、 当社の「開示等請求および苦情・相談・その他お問い合わせ」に記載の手順に従ってご請求ください。
• 個人情報に関する利用目的の通知、第三者提供記録の開示を希望される場合は、当社の「開示等請求および苦情・相談・その他お問い合わせ」に記載の手順に従ってご請求ください。
• 個人情報の委託について
  • 当社は、業務委託先に対して、取得時に示した利用目的の範囲内で個人情報を委託する場合があります。適切な契約を締結し、個人情報の安全管理措置を講じています。
  • 個人情報のデータ処理にGoogle、Amazon、OpenAIのクラウドサービスを利用しています。いずれの場合もAIの学習データとならない範囲で利用します。（Googleクラウドの利用規約とデータ処理規約とプライバシポリシ、AWSの利用規約とサービス条件、OpenAIの利用規約とデータ利用規約）
  • 会員が参加するイベントおよびコミュニティの主催者・共催者・協賛会社に、収集した個人情報を提供する場合があります。この場合の個人情報の取扱いについては個別に掲示して同意を得ます。
• 認証サービスの利用について
  • 当サービスでは、コミュニティ管理者の設定により、外部の認証サービス（認証プロバイダ）を利用してログインできる仕組みを提供しています。
  • 会員が認証プロバイダを利用してログインする場合、初回の認証時に以下の情報が当サービスに提供され、取得されることがあります：
  • メールアドレス
  • 氏名（アカウント登録名）
  • プロフィール画像（アカウントに設定された画像）
  • 取得した情報は、当サービスのアカウント作成・ログイン管理、およびプロフィールの初期設定の目的に限って利用します。
  • 各認証プロバイダにおける個人情報の取扱いについては、それぞれのサービスが定めるプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
• 個人関連情報の利用について
  • 本サービスでは、より良いサービスを提供するため、会員のブラウザに識別子（Cookie）を保存し、Google社のGoogle Analyticsを用いた行動分析を行うことがあります。
  • Google Analyticsによって取得される情報は、当社がサービス改善の目的で利用するものであり、特定の個人を直接識別する情報は含まれていません。 また、これらの情報はGoogle社のプライバシーポリシーに基づき管理されています。 なお、会員はGoogle社が提供するオプトアウトアドオンをブラウザにインストールすることで、Google Analyticsによるデータ収集を無効化することが可能です。

個人情報の開示・訂正・追加・削除等手順について

• 本サービスでは、登録された個人情報を自ら確認、訂正等を行うことができます。
• ログイン後、右上にある自身のアイコンをクリックすると現れるメニューから「プロフィール、個人設定」をクリックすると、本サービスに登録されている個人情報を確認できます（操作方法詳細）。
• 該当画面の「編集」ボタンを押すことで個人情報の訂正・追加を行うことができます（操作方法詳細）。
• 本サービスから退会することにより、すべての個人情報が削除されます。会員は以下のいずれかの退会手続きにより本サービスから退会できます。 ※ ただし、バックアップとして保持されるデータについては一定期間（最長1年間）保存される場合があります。
  • 2024年10月以前：ログイン後、「グローバルメニュー」から「コミュニティ名」をクリック、 「Buddyup!から退会」を選択して退会処理を完了する （操作方法詳細）。
  • 2024年10月以後：ログイン後、右上にある自身のアイコンをクリックすると現れるメニューから「プロフィール、個人設定」をクリック、「アカウント設定」 「アカウントの削除」を選択して退会処理を完了する （操作方法詳細）。
  • contact@buddyup3000.comに本人確認の情報と共に、退会の意思を伝える。

Handling of Personal Information in the Buddyup! Service

• Personal information registered on Buddyup! will be used by Buddyup Inc. for the following purposes:
  • For necessary communication related to the provision and operation of the service
  • To provide matching services between members
• The personal information we collect includes the following:
  • Member's name, contact information (email address), profile photo, and other submitted profile information
• Members' personal information will be appropriately managed in accordance with Buddyup Inc.'s Privacy Policy.
• Providing personal information is optional, but if you do not agree to register it, you will not be able to use any of the functions of Buddyup!, including membership registration.
• If you wish to disclose, correct, add, delete, or suspend the use of your personal information, please use the relevant menu within the service or follow the procedures described in our Request for Disclosure, Complaints, Consultations, and Other Inquiries.
• If you wish to receive notification of the purpose of use of your personal information or disclosure of records of third-party provision, please follow the procedures described in our Request for Disclosure, Complaints, Consultations, and Other Inquiries.
• Regarding outsourcing of personal information:
  • We may outsource personal information to contractors within the scope of the purposes of use indicated at the time of acquisition. We enter into appropriate contracts and implement security control measures.
  • We use cloud services from Google, Amazon, and OpenAI for data processing of personal information. In all cases, data is used within the scope that does not contribute to AI learning. (Google Cloud’s Terms of Service, Data Processing Terms, and Privacy Policy; AWS’s Terms of Use and Service Terms; OpenAI’s Usage Policies and API Data Usage Policies)
  • We may provide collected personal information to the organizers, co-organizers, or sponsors of events and communities in which members participate. In such cases, the handling of personal information will be clearly stated, and consent will be obtained separately.
• Use of Authentication Services
  • This service provides a login mechanism using external authentication services (authentication providers), depending on the settings configured by the community administrator.
  • When a member logs in using an authentication provider, the following information may be provided to and collected by this service during the initial authentication:
  • Email address
  • Name (account display name)
  • Profile image (the image set on the account)
  • The collected information will be used solely for the purposes of account creation, login management, and initial profile setup within this service.
  • Please refer to the privacy policy of each authentication provider for details on how they handle personal information.
• Use of Personally Related Information:
  • To provide better services, this service may store identifiers (cookies) in members' browsers and conduct behavioral analysis using Google Analytics provided by Google.
  • The information obtained through Google Analytics is used by us to improve the service and does not include information that directly identifies specific individuals. This information is managed in accordance with Google’s privacy policy. Members can disable data collection by Google Analytics by installing the opt-out add-on provided by Google in their browser.

Procedures for Disclosure, Correction, Addition, Deletion, etc. of Personal Information

• You can check and correct the registered personal information by yourself in this service.
• After logging in, click your profile icon in the upper right corner, then select “Profile and Settings” from the menu to view your registered personal information (See how to operate).
• You can correct or add personal information by clicking the “Edit” button on the relevant screen (See how to operate).
• All personal information will be deleted upon withdrawing from the service. Members may withdraw from the service by following either of the procedures below. * However, please note that data retained as a backup may be stored for a certain period (up to one year).
  • Before October 2024: After logging in, click on “Community Name” from the “Global Menu” and select “Withdraw from Buddyup!” to complete the withdrawal procedure (See how to operate).
  • After October 2024: After logging in, click your profile icon in the upper right corner, select “Profile and Settings” > “Account Settings” > “Delete Account” to complete the withdrawal procedure (See how to operate).
  • Send your request to withdraw, along with identity verification information, to contact@buddyup3000.com.
